Predators Beyond the Veil

One of the most important factors ensuring the success of chains of psychic energy consumption by higher-level predators is the separation between producers and consumers of this energy on opposite sides of the barrier of perception. Specifically, the first rule of success for a predator is to be inconspicuous to its victim.
Beings of each of the worlds, throughout the entire history of their existence, learn to cope with predators that are easily perceived, and in the course of such evolution, highly developed organisms typically resist these threats. However, consumers invisible to their victims gain a colossal advantage: they come when they choose, take what they choose, and disappear just as imperceptibly, leaving the victim bewildered as to the reasons for the loss of its energy or even life.

We have already noted that the Myth we are considering describes the mechanism of “food streams” of energy from producers to consumers as the interaction of two components:
- the destructive part of the producer itself (“Yetzer hara” and its bearer, lamassu), and
- predatory strategies of the consumer.
In turn, consumers may “feed” on tonic pneuma (“red” light) or capture “differentiated” pneuma — “life energy” or “zhiva”. The first type is characteristic primarily of the so-called “goetic demons,” whereas zhiva is mostly what the “empty” inhabitants of the Interworld are sought by. Originating from two cardinal obscurations, these two groups of predators use two different strategies as well to avoid close contact with victims.

Since demons are non-dual beings, they cannot lie directly. Namely, to a direct question they answer direct questions truthfully. However, using the destructors of Yetzer hara, it is usually not difficult for demons to evade an answer by exploiting inconsistencies and vagueness in the question’s wording. That is, demons do not deceive, but they let a being deceive itself. Finding logical gaps and inner contradictions in the victim’s mind, demons easily lead it to conclusions contrary to the actual facts. And, of course, one such conclusion is the denial of the existence or predatory nature of the demons themselves. When the mind is firmly enslaved by materiality, when it is blinkered by the simple habit of caring for the body’s well-being — the body — it is not difficult to bring it to the conclusion that only what can be “touched” is real, while obvious inefficiencies and energy outflows can be written off as certain “accidents” or simply ignored. This is, in fact, the fate of a bee that is sure it is gathering honey for itself and does not even suspect the existence of the beekeeper, who is simply absent from its picture of the world. And when the mind begins to suspect that visible processes and phenomena have a certain “underside,” that not all causes and driving forces of the world process “are on the surface,” an distorted picture of this underside is created in it. Indeed, among people who “believe” in the reality of demons, some consider them mere monsters; another group romanticizes them as gothic figures; a third considers them “wayward” and in need of love and “re-education” — but almost no one sees their nature as true predators, consumers of high-level energy. Clearly, all kinds of frivolous attitudes of hens toward their farmers make them relatively easy to handle.

The second group of consumers — the “free” hungry beings, headed by the Fomors and Archons — also uses the strategy of being “beyond” perception; however, the hunger of many “lesser” inhabitants of the Interworld is so great that at times they go mad from it and are ready to “emerge into the light,” just to seize a victim. In order to protect their “offspring,” the Rulers of the Interworld simply “switch off” the function of detecting them in the inhabitants of the worlds. In other words, while comparatively much is known about demons and contacts with them have been worked out over millennia, information about the Archons is fragmentary and scattered; moreover, anyone who tries to explore the area of their habitation quickly falls into sluggishness and mental apathy and, as if “naturally,” loses interest and curiosity. Since the Archons have power over the very “birth” of reality, they also have access to means to control bodies, and they are able simply to “turn off,” or at least “turn down,” the brain of an overly curious being. Therefore, although demons are quite different from humans in nature, much more is known about them than about the much more similar “free” elementaries, not to mention the Rulers themselves. Since the time of the “Hypostasis of the Archons” and the “Gospel of Judas,” practically no intelligible expositions of the activity of the Rulers have been created, and even the “Arbatel” confines itself to a superficial description of them.

One way or another, for Magic, interaction with predators is key to weakening them; and when it becomes possible to reduce the energy outflows they provoke, one’s vision widens, and the reality that for a human being usually seems “fairy-tale-like” or at least “fantastic” becomes part of everyday experience. Relying on this experience, it becomes possible to develop other strategies and tactics for liberating the mind, which, as we have noted more than once, is precisely the main task of Magic.

On the note of ‘laziness and apathy of consciousness’, you have noted it rightly and accurately. Recently, I constantly find myself in this state.
Is laziness and apathy of consciousness the main criterion for the ‘sucking’ from the side of Archons? If it is clear with demons – they steal the red light through emotional outbursts, then what do the archons steal? PS: Is there any classification of archons/fomors like poetic demons or is it yet to be done? I remembered one dream, set in the surroundings of everyday social life, where a group of people was looking for a person named Archamatont – could this be a full name of a spirit – archon? As I understand it, archons are much more powerful than ordinary spirits – essentially deities?
The main influence of Archons is the ‘avoidance from reality’, multiplied by dependence on it – on one side, the need for the material, and on the other – the unwillingness to transform, develop, organize this material. The Gnostics tried to create classifications of Archons, but they mostly called them epithets taken from the Old Testament: For example, in the text from Nag Hammadi ‘Origin of the World‘: Ialdabaoth (Sambatas), embodying foresight; Iao, embodying dominance; Sabaoth, embodying divinity; Adonai, embodying kingdom; Eloai, embodying envy; Hor (Orai), embodying wealth; Astaphai, equated to Sophia. And, for example, in ‘Pistis Sophia‘, there are five of them, and they are closer to Greek mythology: Paraplex, Hecate, Ariaut, Typhon, Yaktanabas. There are variations and from different count of names and attributes of Archons. In any case, this area is still very little researched.
Here is what I found about archons in the 2nd book of Ieou http://apokrif.fullweb.ru/gnost/kniga-ieu2.shtml
Hello Master! When I exit into the space between, I enter my ‘own’ relatively stable piece of space. The exertion to exit is significant; I always feel the presence of someone else; I once saw a silhouette in a cloak, and research beyond my domain consumes energy very quickly, and awareness fades. Are these also archons?
Hello. No, this is the nature of the Between. One can (and often does) create their ‘islands of stability’ within it, which is always energy-consuming. The same principle applies to the Elemental cities and smaller settlements of the interworld.
Hello! What specific steps can be taken to reduce the influence of Archons from a practical magic perspective? As far as I can tell, in different traditions, special consciousness boosting techniques are needed to overcome gemarment/Maya/Mara/the veil, like Castaneda’s stalking (as I remember, you wrote that you don’t consider it effective). I tried something similar, and after a week of active meditations I experienced the Mandela Effect three times (with minor things, but still); the world literally changed, but my memories did not. I got scared and stopped. But it does create some effect, although it’s hard to assess the practical consequences. Another overcoming path is described in Yoga and Buddhist texts I have seen – they discuss it as a result of a long cognitive transformation of the consciousness that happens on its own. I dare to assume that any mechanism of ‘breaking’ lies in the properties of the white light of consciousness – if we assume that spiritual processes of the microcosm and macrocosm are identical, and that what we call white light is the highest form of these processes, the least numerous quantitatively, but the most stable, as you wrote in your article about Ariel on the ‘Principle of Fire Condensation’. It is quite reasonable to assume that the ‘prison’ of gemarment consists of white light, or that it is this light that ‘condenses’ real worlds from the virtuality of the interval. But for governing structures or service spirits, there cannot be too much of it in any specific point of reality, meaning any large amount in the vessel of the body, or even a not very large amount but actively illuminating, compressed into a point by specially trained attention, allows one to ‘break’ the world. And as far as I understand, this illumination works in both directions: a consciousness that does not focus light, ‘floating with the flow’ of reality, is itself a producer of gemarment, anchoring the physics of Archons (although this process can be intercepted or adjusted, like miracles during services or hypnosis, when many ‘ordinary,’ untrained people believe in ‘another’ physics). Am I correct in my assumptions? Regarding apathy and lethargy: OS-ers have known conclusions that without achieving the influx of what you call red light in large quantities – lethargy and apathy cannot be overcome from OS, and no stable practice can be achieved. Therefore, their usual advice is to ‘be in the public flow’ among people, soaking up emotions. If possible, visiting Power places and using shamanic herbs can help, but the main thing is vibrant emotions. What does the Western path suggest to overcome this lethargy and apathy?
Hello. Unlike demons, Archons are ‘free’ beings, which is incorrect to categorize as simply good or evil: their influence has both constructive and destructive (and enslaving) sides. Without Archons, the material world would not exist, and the Western tradition does not view this world as erroneous or ‘bad,’ but rather as a field for the ‘knowledge’ and ‘correction’ of consciousness. Consequently, it usually does not involve overcoming gemarment as such (it is only overcome with full realization or ‘enlightenment’); it concerns not submitting to its constraining and enslaving components. For such overcoming, conscious activity is required, manifesting all activities of consciousness (https://en.enmerkar.com/myth/aktivnosti-soznaniya) – all that constitutes the fabric of the Magical Path. Archons are opposed to the creative principle of Will, and thus its development is the opposition to them. In other words, the better we understand our motives, and the more successfully we find and realize our desires – the freer we are from the influence of Archons.
I noticed that there is a contrast between Consciousness and Archons. The nature of consciousness in an exaggerated definition is light and love. Speaking in Greek philosophy, it is Nous – the rational part of the soul. What are the general characteristics of Archons? And what is the meaning/need for both in their interaction? It resembles a dual pair in dialectics. Gnostics have completely retreated into one pole of duality. Do such inquiries have foundation, or are they mere philosophizing? As you mentioned, little is known about archons – you briefly mentioned they originated from Chaos (then which one), and souls (jivatmas, individual units of consciousness – streams), then where do they come from? Can one imagine the world perception of an Archon, if it is neither consciousness nor reason in the conventional sense?
No, there is certainly no opposition between Archons and consciousness. The discussion is not about consciousness itself but about its activity; the nature of Archons does not understand the creative activity of consciousness that organizes and establishes reality, whereas their Rulers have multi-variant and unfixed consciousness. Archons are a form of the ancient primordial gods, existing ‘on the edge’ of existence and Hoshk (https://en.enmerkar.com/myth/xoshek-bozhestvennyj-mrak) – a fully potential sphere of Aeons. There is no ‘need’ for interaction with them, but it is precisely the Archons who are the authors of the material world in the sense that they create the ground for its emergence and the internal logic of its existence: for the Rulers, the entirety of the worlds presents itself as a single ensemble, and they do not understand the division of reality. From their perspective – ‘certain’ beings – that is, all who inhabit the worlds, are merely a kaleidoscope of lights, a swarm of flies bustling in their streams, and this fuss may be beneficial for the ‘older children’ of the Rulers – Nephilim (Fomorians, or, as the Gnostics called them – Authorities(Ekousiai, Εξουσιάι). In other words, Archons ‘enslave’ beings to produce, generate energy, which they then distribute, just as humans feed their dogs and cats chickens and pigs.
Let’s start from the beginning. The cause of the world’s darkening lies in the contract made to create a technological race. The world was disconnected from the branch of the source. Everything that happened here afterwards – I have described the reason. In a closed world of diminishing light, the manifestation of anything worthwhile is impossible. And to say that this world was created for the correction of consciousness… I wouldn’t say so. I would find it accurate to assume that creation has the property of restoration and fighting for its own identity. The streams of Archons, permeating space, which essentially embody closure and reformatting of worlds unable to develop, act quite logically. I have communicated with them, and that’s what I asked about. If they don’t understand, I will say in another way. The word of the hunter is law in the worlds. I assume that this world is a convenient place for developing an antidote, honing will, desire, resistance against predators. I repeat – this was not the goal and idea laid down by the Creator during creation.
It’s interesting how to become an ‘unappetizing entity’ for the Archons? Perhaps they only pay attention to people with a certain level of energy or intellect? Or are they interested in all spectrums and all vibrations? Or if we take it humorously and ask the question also with a bit of a joke – if we feed them, is there any possibility of those individuals of ours who would not be food but, for example, like animals in our reserves or zoos? And there are also pets that are kept just for joy, cared for – do the Archons have such favorites? Or is there nothing personal, just food, energy consumption?
Unlike demons, Archons do not just “provoke” energy losses, but take what they consider to be rightfully theirs. Therefore, it is not entirely accurate to call them predators; they are more like farmers collecting their harvest. Accordingly, perhaps it is possible to somehow avoid such use, but it remains entirely at their discretion – they want – they eat, they don’t want – they admire.
The only thing one can do in terms of opposing them is to complicate the very contact, reducing the degree of virtualization of one’s consciousness and maximally transforming the energy of one’s desires – into realization.
