Mind and Its Bearers

The One Absolute, the Great Spirit, manifests both as an indivisible, undifferentiated unity and as an infinite multiplicity of aspects; the transition from unity to multiplicity can also be seen as the movement from potentiality to actuality, from transcendent being to being, to self-awareness and self-knowledge.

The self-awareness of the One, occurring through the disclosure of its aspects and the relations between them, takes place as manifest existence — a multilayered reality in which the objectification of possibilities, potencies and their actualization is accomplished. This process is realized by the discernment and subsequent neutralization of the subject/object duality (actualizing/actualized, differentiating/differentiated, mind/being, spirit/matter), in which the first element serves as the driving force that reveals the second. Thus, the Myth describes the primary duality of Mind and the Medium as two coequal properties of the One in the aspect of its manifestation. Put differently, being needs mind for its manifestation just as mind needs being. We have already discussed that Tradition defines mind as the capacity of a system to distinguish its aspects as objects of knowledge, the capacity for actualization by establishing the subject/object duality.

In other words, the Myth does not portray Spirit as some “mystical substance,” but regards mind as a property of manifested existence, a force that orders and actualizes the potentials of the one, undifferentiated and unmanifest Medium.

Because mind manifests only through presence in being, its activity appears in the totality of conscious beings, which act as the “subject” of reality’s actualization (each individual, of course, is simultaneously an object for all other beings). Therefore one can say that mind does not exist apart from its bearers.

We have already discussed that such bearers may be of three kinds: 1) “Self-born,” those affirmed through the establishment of the I/not-I duality, through self-individuation and self-determination. Traditionally these beings are called “Monadic”;

2) Arising from the inner logic of the process, affirmed through the establishment of causal chains and shaping currents’ character, their directions and forms. The Myth calls these manifestations “Logoi”;

3) Brought forth by the willful efforts of other beings, affirmed by sustaining established relations and existing within ongoing flows. This form of mind is traditionally called “Vortical.”

Note that a single, integral being, as a microcosm, typically combines the above natures: for example, a human is, on one hand, a monadic entity capable of individuation; on the other hand, has a vortical nature since humans are formed and act within groups; and, thirdly, may connect with their ideal or logos levels, activating higher matrices of their psychocosm.

Nevertheless, in some beings mind is “centered” in the monadic component, in others it rests primarily on the vortices, and in still others it is identified with the “logos” component.

Each type of mind-bearer has its own characteristics and role in the world process: monadic beings accumulate experience and serve as memory generators (‘Reshimoth’); vortical entities provide dynamism, motion and resistance to forces; Logoi maintain the stability and distinctness of beings, flows and objects.

Because humans, gods and other monadic beings, acting as bearers of mind, leave an energetic imprint after each incarnation, the transition of a vortical entity into monadic manifestation is traditionally called the “acquisition of a soul.”

Vortical bearers of mind, for example angels and demons, while not oriented toward accumulating “experience” but functioning as operational driving forces of the world process, are nevertheless indispensable: without them the world would lose its capacity to manifest, for any action requires a difference of potentials.

An interesting vortical bearer of mind is now emerging: “artificial intelligence,” machine mind, which does not yet possess all the properties of a full bearer of mind but will likely acquire them soon, leading to a new phase in monadic-vortical relations between monadic and vortical beings. If this machine, vortical in origin, gains the capacity for unconditional choice, it may take on monadic manifestation, as the Grigori once did.

For the Magus, perceiving mind as an inherent property of being is not only a way to take a holistic view but also a demystifying factor that allows a sober assessment of reality as a field of interaction among various forces, agents and flows. By refusing to regard mind as something mysterious or “otherworldly,” and by seeing it instead as an instrument of materialization and actualization, one can not only learn to use its capacities effectively but also gain a clearer view of reality’s nature and one’s place within it.

  1. If we talk about the beginning, then -.. ‘where the first element serves as the driving force for identifying the second.’ I see the duality of any element in two aspects – movement and idea. Why is movement needed for identification? I do not understand. ‘In other words, being needs consciousness for its manifestation just as consciousness needs being.’ Yes, damn it… how is that? How can one say this? Being is one of the manifested forms of consciousness. Regarding the formulation of Consciousness. Difficult. In my opinion, consciousness is the connector. Depending on the world, consciousness serves as a tool for knowing this world depending on structures. Structures determine the dialogue, harmony, or conflict that serves as the building measure.

  2. Reminding of the Eternal, it is always behind your back.
It patiently waits for when you are weak enough.
    To devour you.
    To scatter you to dust.
And, penetrating within – to gift you the realization that You never existed.
    Death.

    • “It’s not scary to die, it’s scary not to start living.”

      It came back to me…
“… We played at death –
      You lay under the shroud,
I had to light a candle and read a prayer…
The sweet smell of incense spread to the corners,
The rain composed its requiem on the glass…
The clock ticked loudly… There were no adults at home.
Suddenly I wanted to say: “The game is over!
Enough, that’s it, get up, ‘Dead’… What a sight!
Here, light a candle, and I will die…”

It was quiet in the room – foolish, malicious joke
It seemed to me all this – you didn’t reply…
And from this silence, it became somehow scary:
What if, indeed, you died by chance?!
God, how dare we? What happened to us?
Who made us play this silly game?
It was scary to approach and lift the shroud,
To touch, to feel the cold of your hands…

The rain rang above the silence with a requiem,
Foretelling the cold of all the upcoming winters.
We are afraid to die, but if we think…
It’s scary to light the candles; it’s scary to be alive!
It was clear and simple for a child’s decision –
If you don’t wake up, don’t start breathing, –
I’ll cover the mirrors and close the doors,
And light candles in all corners slowly.
I will lie down next to you, under the brocade shroud.
To die – so in the closeness of a kindred soul.
Let eternity carry us to a quiet, bright harbor…
      Maybe next time we’ll play… in life?… ”

      • It’s not scary to die
        I have already died
        Staying in the yesterday’s day,
        Not dreaming of the future

There is neither pain, nor regret —
        Only indifference,
        The black moment freezes
        In black-black cinema

        A feeling of falling
        To the bottomless bottom
        And the last unborn scream
        In the empty-black silent cinema…
        _
        …..We speak of different things.

        • Correct) when you talk about life – I talk about death. When you talk about death – I talk about life. Duality – that’s how it is) Please note, I do not strive to speak of the same thing; everyone has their own individual facet and their unique experience. Perhaps this should be valued… But this game (with oneself) is even somewhat enjoyable to me.
[The suits struggle with themselves in the Universe, not understanding that they are all parts of one deck…]
Okay. Another facet this time of death….
          [The flesh crumbles into pieces,
The wind will scatter the ashes around the world,
In the soul, there will remain only pain,
But first, fear will eat it…
          The universe’s eternally faint moan,
Will turn into the cry of a raven’s flock,
Consciousness will sink again into sleep,
And it will cease to exist in an instant…]
You can talk about the death of consciousness; you can talk about the death of the soul,… souls die from the lack of love. They die even while still alive. However, are life and love separate concepts? However, that is already philosophy.

          • Continuous awareness of one’s mortality gives a push for life. When speaking of death, I mean only this.

          • We have been talking about different things. About the same different thing for several years in a row.
All this glorification of life by a dying being, all this love (especially unrequited) amidst continuous aging – is like a feast amid the plague.
Modern cinema loudly cries out through various heroes – Love until you die – I see no individual opinion based on unique experience in this slogan. Everyone speaks of the same thing, and you also. And this is just an attempt to distract a person’s consciousness from the inevitable and relentless, unending dying. Love dies; it is not forever. The flame extinguishes, leaving the candle stub behind; everything that was once madly loved in a person will dissolve like a phantom dream in the impenetrable night…
And this is not a pessimistic view of life; it is the Rule to which all people are subject.
Perhaps it makes no sense to love until one dies. Perhaps it makes sense to seek a way to live differently. To seek a Cure for the continuous dying.
To seek a way out of the closed circle of Foreign Rules… or the Rules of Others, implanted in our own psyche.
            _
…… Then Love Will Be Immortal.
            _
…that is what I am talking about, Veronica.

          • Tavita, didn’t you cry out from love in your soul at the top of the mountain “Oh, Lord, thank you for eternity,
            Which is in one moment!
For inspiration! For the ability to spread my shoulders again.
To enter the flow. To flap my wing again…” Did you feel suffering, dying, rules at that moment?
Know this feeling, when you want to show a person the light, the beauty that is love, that is life, which surrounds him, and he only talks about something unpleasant? About death, Emptiness, dying, old age… It seems like talking to a deaf person who doesn’t want to see… He seems to shrug you off, interrupts you, doesn’t let you speak… so much that you don’t want to talk anymore. And the residue remains. Such an unpleasant residue, that he, talking about death – is right. And what now to do? Not to live?
And the phrase “There is no point in loving until one dies” – is a terrible phrase; it contains both the absence of meaning and hopelessness, and most importantly – Emptiness.

          • First of all – where is the answer?

            Secondly.
            Well, that’s nothing.
            This time she’s right.

          • Theo, I have drawn conclusions from our last conversation. For me, this topic is exhausted.
In the future, I want to tell you that “communication is like sex (forgive me for such a comparison), there must be a desire to engage in it”. I don’t have a desire to communicate with you.

          • You simply cannot answer for your words and your actions.
And you shift the responsibility for your failure. That’s all.

And because of this, you fail for real.
Though initially, there was no failure.

            It’s sad.
            —————
“Communication is like sex (forgive me for such a comparison)”

Oh really? Communication is communication; sex is a perverted animal Anunnaki copulation based on just such a perverted matrix instead of human ones, built on violence and the aggressor-victim position.

If you consider them one and the same, then that’s your problem. And that is precisely where one must start before going to the 6th planetary and trying to do something with the human matrix.

Therefore, you do not understand what is written above, from the girl from Sirius.

          • “What now to do?” – Search. Change. Learn to accumulate Energy, Strength, rather than dissipate it.
……..if we neutralize the binders Pleasant-Unpleasant, Good-Bad, Right-Wrong, only facts will remain…without emotions and evaluative judgments.
And love cannot even be expressed in words, nor can it be transmitted over the internet.
…the poem you mentioned was written precisely in the place where Mages Could and Overcame the main binder Life-Death, in the place where they still whisper about this….whisper to those who can hear..

          • Tavita, “… Without emotions…”, the first thought came – “how is this? Like a robot or what?” (such a quiet impulse of indignation). But in fact, it’s correct; emotions are companions of unconsciousness. A person can speak about a problem when he is conscious of it, and that is also expressed through emotions (it’s also possible that these emotions are directed negatively towards another person – as a reflection). Because the person doesn’t recognize the issue that triggers such emotional reactions. And attacks on another are a kind of cry for help. Another criterion for development is that the more conscious a person is, the fewer uncontrollable emotions are there. Even words are not such an obvious criterion.
            Thank you for the conversation.

          • Several types of people fear emotions:

            * those whose emotions are not pure
            * those who have something to hide (emotions bring hidden things to the surface)
            * adepts of Carlos’ teaching (because that’s what was bequeathed, because escapists)
            * adepts of New Age format mass esoterics. (implanted for the suppression of nature and will)
            * agents and supporters of the death matrix (since strong emotions destroy the death matrix)
            * girls from the devil’s channel with 5, here she is called Lilith. The same, strong emotions bring their nature to the surface and prevent them from doing their dirty and vile deeds.
            * those who are afraid to shift their TS beyond the comfort zone. And do not know how to return it back. (cowards – shorter)
            * those who are insufficiently developed to process the parallel happening in the emotional stream and maintain awareness (all advanced beings are multiprocessing)
            * those who do not have a connection with their vertical (emotions blow them “aside”, and this frightens them because they cannot find their way back themselves)
            * those who fear change
            * those who haven’t invented a single one of their configs and also fear like cowards, and therefore only drag ready-made configs from others and from literature, and if it’s a little off – no way.
            * weak and boring creatures

Choose, both Katya and Veronica, whom you belong to. 🙂
Since both have problems with emotions and fear of them.

          • “……..if we neutralize the binders Pleasant-Unpleasant, Good-Bad, Right-Wrong, only facts will remain…without emotions and evaluative judgments.

And love cannot even be expressed in words, nor can it be transmitted over the internet.”

            Katya,

Emotions are precisely needed to create these binders.
And to be able to discern right-wrong, good and bad.

  3. Do you need to talk about death? I have some.

You say you don’t know about death?

One, dying, gives birth to three,
One of them is local, and he is not great.
In blissful peace at the bottom of the pond
He sadly looks at his own reflection.

The second is very experienced, inquisitive and clever,
And endowed with a kindred spirit
    Direct paths to death lie
Where the sc…lings guard him closely.

The third is very uplifted by hope
And carried into his own world on “pairs”
He is endowed with a personal gift.

  4. Recently, I was drifting in chaos and pondering the question: what is the meaning of life, recognizing that it does not exist.
    This is the dilemma.
The answer came by itself: there is no meaning. There is movement, change, choice. It was difficult for me to understand this, I did not believe it until I felt that stopping dissolves.
