Reshimoth and “Treasures of the Mind”

Despite the fact that a being can receive natural, proper training only from a more developed being, a Master — a Master — such situations often arise when development requires knowledge or states that there is simply no one to learn them from. In such situations, one can go two ways — either try to overcome this stage, open these Gates on one’s own, or find the corresponding matrix, interaction with which will provide the necessary initiation.
Although both possibilities are quite difficult and fraught with mistakes and deceptions, sometimes they are the only options, and therefore require explanation.

Both options “self-initiation” and “initiation from helping forces” — we have already discussed, and noted their difficulties and traps. Now let us focus on the second path in more detail.
Despite the fact that about half of all stories about “receiving information from the subtle plane” are fraudulent, about another 30% are fantasies or hallucinations, and 19.9% are deception by predators and parasites, there is still a small chance of gaining something truly valuable. Shamans, oracles, and other “sacred mediums,” especially Buddhist tertons, over the course of centuries were an important source of valuable experience, the opening of new paths and states that contribute to human development.

Despite the fact that “professional” reception of nonverbal information is a benediction, it requires good preparation, talent, and training; in rare cases, travelers experience similar insights. In order to make them as reliable and valuable as possible, it is necessary to understand what we receive, from where, and how.
We have already mentioned that the manifested universe can be considered from three perspectives — as a totality of “substance,” “energy,” and “information,” and each of these aspects fully describes being. Any phenomenon or process can be considered both as a transformation of matter, as a flow of energy, and as a stream of information.

In the language of magic, these aspects, respectively, are called the “monadic,” “vortical,” and “logostic” “planes” of the universe. In other words, any object is not only a “thing,” it is also a vortex (a totality of energy), and a logos (a totality of information). And in exactly the same way as at the level of “substance,” it interacts with its environment; it forms chains of interaction in the aspects of vortices and logoi as well. In the context of the topic we are discussing, it is important to note that “information,” that is — logoi — can, in fact, be read from anywhere. At the same time, just as some objects are “triggers,” “levers” that trigger powerful energetic chains, it is possible to find “entry points” into the hierarchies of logoi.

At the same time, such “reading of logoi” requires enormous baraka; therefore, for the “ordinary” traveler, it is generally safer to “read” not the streams of meaning themselves, but imprints of those meanings by more mature minds. Not surprisingly, most predators of all levels and planes, deceiving beginners, disguise themselves as “teachers,” “mahatmas,” or “gurus” — for the mind, it is natural to follow one who has already passed the path that lies ahead of it.
If a being does not possess the corresponding benediction and is not a “professional” Keeper of the Gates or a terton, the probability of error in an attempt at “direct” reading of logoi is too high; therefore, most truly valuable information, induced awareness and states received from the “subtle” plane are imprints (Reshimoth) from awareness or experiences previously undergone by earlier travelers. Moreover, many great Masters specifically created such imprints, “treasures,” terma, and built conditions that facilitate the “discovery” of these treasures at the right time.

Such a “treasure” can be a special object bearing the imprint of a master, and a “bubble” hidden in the depths of the mind-stream that opens after several rebirths, or simply, a set of circumstances leading to contact with the corresponding logos or its imprint.
Let us note that an important condition necessary for correct reading of logoi and their imprints is the traveler’s sexual harmony since the very nature of “wisdom” is dual, which means — without the ability to correctly neutralize binary polarities, it is impossible either to practice correctly or to love harmoniously. Access to the energy of creation is also a condition for the light of the mind. This is exactly what is meant in the East when they say: “Without Shakti there is no Shiva; without Shiva there is no Shakti.” One of the reasons for the delusions sown by many “mediums” and “channelers” is precisely their sexual unfulfillment; their “visions,” in fact, are often simple sexual hysteria. The difficulty of controlling such energies is another reason why few can effectively apply their minds to the streams of logoi; few can be successful hierophants, mistagogues, or tertons.

Thus, if a traveler cannot receive information, induction, or initiation from a manifested master, they should look for imprints left by Masters of the past, try to attune to them by creating suitable supports, developing systems of self-monitoring and self-discipline, and also ensure their sexual energies are under control. Only if all these conditions are met does a chance appear for real progress and solid attainment.
