The Crystal of the Mind
Manifested being is designated in the magical myth by the word «Macrocosmos», and actualized consciousness – «Psychocosmos», and both of these terms include an important component – «cosmos» – a term that denotes the order of every manifestation.
In fact, the terms ‘cosmos’, ‘actuality’, and ‘manifestation’ are, in a sense, synonymous.
In other words, one can say that a system is more actualized the more it is “cosmized,” that is – structured, ordered and hierarchical.
The evolution of matter taking place in the macrocosmos – the emergence of planets, stars, minerals, plants, animals and humans – is accompanied by an increase in orderliness and in the complexity of the connections existing between the individual components of matter.
Similarly, the evolution of the mind involves an increase and ordering of the connections that exist among the individual components of the psychocosmos.
Moreover, since the macrocosmos and the psychocosmos are two sides of one universal reality, viewed respectively from the standpoints of being and mind, their actualization also implies the growth and ordering of connections arising between the corresponding energies of the macrocosmos and the psychocosmos.
It follows that, on the one hand, the evolution of the mind consists in establishing new connections between the macrocosmos and the psychocosmos and in their mutual reflection as the poles of the binary, leading to the integration of opposites – that is – the self-knowledge of the Great Spirit.
On the other hand, not every connection is evolutionary or mind-expanding.
The growth of the mind, its evolution, occurs if and only if all the elements within it, and all the connections between these elements, are mutually harmonious, do not weaken or obstruct one another. Likewise, connections between “internal” and “external” elements are evolutionary when they are harmonious.
It is precisely the paramount role of the harmony of connections that the term «cosmos» implies. Even in its fallen, disrupted state the universe is a cosmos, an ordered coexistence.
This is all the more important for the magus who strives to go beyond the world of consumption and to transcend the limitation and impoverishment of the harmony of the consumer world.

The orderliness of the mind comes down to two points.
First – its hierarchical nature. The more developed the mind, the more axes of meaning it contains; that is, the more structuring elements around which individual thoughts, feelings, attractions, aspirations, and so on are organized — and the more these axes are interconnected and subordinated to ideas of a higher order headed by the supreme idea — the Self. For example, the Keter of that mind is its Self, an ineffable self-identity. The Father and Mother of the mind are its primary active quality, for instance – a thirst for knowledge (or a thirst for love, or a thirst for self-expression) and its primary receptivity (for example – a tendency to listen or to read or to look around — a common mode of perception). Then follows the actual core of the personality. This is a reaction to the conditions of embodiment and the formation of a method for making the most of those conditions. It is here that the axes of meaning are formed: interests, social circle, connections. And it is very important to arrange them in the proper order of priorities — what is more important and requires greater amounts of energy, what can make do with less, and what can be sacrificed altogether. And finally — it is crucial to correctly form the mind’s field of activity, its reflection — understanding what transforms this mind in the course of its development and how this transformation affects the macrocosmos and the psychocosmos.
The second important point – is the difference in potentials. In the manifested mind there must always be a driving force, an impulse. This impulse is produced in the binary unity/separateness. That is to say, on the one hand the mind must clearly distinguish the subject of knowledge within itself, the active agent, detached and separate from the reality it knows, a transcendental deity separated by an abyss from its creation — the world. At the same time the mind must clearly feel the primordial unity of all that exists and itself as a reflection of the Great Spirit. Then, when the mind establishes connections, creates the field of its activity, it must be transcendent to that field; it must be outside and above it, otherwise it will simply dissolve and be lost in the connections through which all its energy will drain away. This is precisely the mistake people often make — dissolving into the multiplicity of their connections and losing self-identity. However, when the field of activity is formed and ordered, cosmized — the mind must enter into it and assimilate it — make it its own, make it itself, moving from a state of transcendent creation into a state of immanent being. And again, including new elements, or — dismantling the old system, the mind distances itself temporarily until they are securely incorporated into the whole system, and then — enters that system. And here too mistakes occur — when the mind becomes stuck in detachment, and the world for it remains a merely speculative, lifeless image.
Only by this means, combining within itself the fundamental driving forces of the universe, striving for clarity, crystallinity, order, and hierarchy, does the mind attain that high level of realization which allows it to move from the conditional harmony of the fallen world to a harmony of a higher order, and ultimately — into the highest harmony of the Pleroma.

When prioritizing and highlighting important development directions, one should consider the level of development of their own power of consciousness. Translated from the magical to the human: if the age of a magician’s power corresponds to early childhood, the priority will be to learn to build sand casts, rather than creating a supercomputer, even if the consciousness dreams of a supercomputer. Developing on sand casts will be faster and more harmonious than on fruitless attempts to mold a chip from sand. At the same time, the opposite side of the banner says that sand casts need to be completed on time and MOVE FORWARD when the vessel is ready for more. From this arises the magical LAW OF CHANGE OF PRIORITIES 🙂
As far as I understand, when a traveler begins to strengthen their consciousness, it can be said that the will forms the Microcosm. And when the traveler cultures their consciousness, they will be able to change their priorities. From this arises the magical law ‘Visit the innermost part of the earth; having purified yourself, you will find the secret stone.’ You need to reach the bottom of the vessel there to find the stone; you need to remove the garbage, find the holes, and patch them up, leaving the needed things. Having found the stone, crystal, you can start the internal finishing of the vessel.
I understand that the only way to leave this fallen world, to distance myself from it, is to develop my consciousness…
“And there can also be a mistake here – when consciousness gets stuck in detachment, and the world remains a theoretical, lifeless picture for it.” Yes, lately there has been a sense of the world being lifeless. Everything seems to be moving, people are walking, talking about something… But everything feels empty, there is no strength. There’s a constant search for it. Perhaps I’m not looking in the right place. I usually find it within myself. But there is a suspicion that the mistake you described earlier is occurring. How can I fix it?
Greetings everyone!
I remember those feelings when it seems like everything around you isn’t real, as if it’s distant, like you’re the hero of a movie or you’re inside a virtual game. You want to pinch yourself, to wake up, to shake off the illusion. For me, revival comes through kinesthetics—starting to feel and sense. For example, feeling the aroma of tea, sensing how its warmth spreads through the body. Once you establish a connection with your sensations, you can move on to more complex connections.
Or through breathing. You can sing. Or paint. There are many ways: touching, dancing, listening, speaking, doing, moving. The main thing is to restore and establish connections with the world.
But, Numen, it’s strange to feel this way after summer. Perhaps this feeling of emptiness, detachment, and powerlessness is exactly what you need during this period? In any case—May the Force be with you!
> “And here too there can be an error – when consciousness gets stuck in detachment, and the world remains an abstract, lifeless image for it.” Yes, lately there has been a feeling of the world’s deadness. Everything seems to be moving, people are walking around, talking about something… But everything is empty, there is no energy. There is a constant search for it. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place. Usually, I find it within myself. But I suspect that the error you described above is occurring. How can I correct it?
When suspecting this specific error, I would try the following. I would attempt to enter the necessary world with my own game. However, the game needs to be carefully chosen. Sometimes, if the game is chosen correctly, the world comes alive, the empty words of those around become filled with energy, and it appears where you least expect to find it.
When consciousness gets stuck in detachment, it is a fall. This is called the Macrocosm contracting into the Psychocosm. Ascension is possible by unfolding the Psychocosm within the Macrocosm. You begin to bring life back to the lifeless image, correcting it. An endless correction, a revitalization.
An interesting picture with pyramids. In the context of the post, I see it as a mutual reflection of the macro and the psychocosmos. It feels very similar when, after breathing exercises, I learn to feel the flows from the earth and the cosmos. These flows are like two pyramids: one black, absorbing, and the other white, shining, radiating, approaching and entering one into the other.
I am concerned about this part of the text: “When the field of activity is formed and ordered, cosmized – consciousness must enter it and assimilate it – make it its own, make it itself, moving from the state of transcendent creativity to the state of immanent existence.”
Although I don’t have a clear understanding of what this is about, something resonates. It might be interesting and relevant from a practical standpoint in the aspect of learning.
Our age successfully addresses the question of where to find knowledge. But… how do we assimilate new knowledge? How do we make it a part of ourselves, of our lives? It’s difficult for a person’s consciousness to keep up with the flow of information. So, they generally know that… for example, “smoking is harmful to health” and “a woman is also a person,” but… “boys are still 3 cm taller,” and “quitting smoking is not possible.”
How can we transition from theory to practice? Possible options include being in a learning environment, spending some time with those who already have this knowledge inside them.
Or reality “motivates you a lot” to change. Or teachers. Or a training plan. ??
I find it hard to imagine how this happens through magic or some rituals.
Inner silence is a state of control over the flow of thoughts and emotions.
It is precisely in internal noise that the parasite hides. And this same internal noise distracts consciousness from reflecting on its depths.
For the contemplator, it is important that the focus of attention is stable, does not waver and does not jump from object to object,
but this stability of contemplation is indeed a consequence of control over the flows of elements of the Psychocosmos.

Monitoring one’s breath is one of the oldest ways to achieve silence,
although it only works as a distraction from the parasite’s talks of awareness.
—
One should listen only to the heart, and not to any habits, dependencies, etc.
Only our heart, the foundation of our being –
knows where we need to go in order to realize our potentials.
