People, Fairies, and Predators

As discussed from the standpoint of the Myth we are considering, the dense, manifested world formed as a field of dynamic equilibrium of four forces — two forms of “production” of active energy and two forms of its consumption.

The first group of producers is biological life, with the human (in the broad sense) form at its apex. These are systems that translate life energy — the basic, potential component — into energy of awareness, a fully realized impulse, mediated by the so-called “tonic pneuma” or “energy of desires.” In other words, biological life is a way of “discharging” potential energy through the stage of its activation and conversion into “experience.” Therefore, in its pure form, biological life is a way of accumulating “knowledge” or, in Traditional language, the energy of Authority. Thus, biological beings are akin to “thermodynamic engines” transforming less-organized forms of energy into highly organized forms that can be used to perform “work” (intellectual, creative, etc.).

The second group of producers consists of systems of “collapse of the wave function,” translating potentials of uncertainty into the energy of actuality. This group includes the “elder life” — the peoples of the Fairies (also in the broadest sense), and similar “lower” forms — “magical” minerals, plants, and animals. As mentioned, they can be compared to quantum observers who resolve uncertainty by transforming it into manifested events and states. These systems arise on the edge of chaos-cosmos and exist as foam or ripples on the surface of the ocean of probabilities, expressing the duality of possibilities and manifestations.

Balancing these groups, two groups of consumers, consumers of energy, are formed as well:

Energy of desires is utilized by “demons” — forces arising from inner contradictions disharmonious desire flows and acting as entropic forces that dissipate and annihilate this energy. Physically, demons are analogous to dissipative systems that neutralize energy surpluses by converting them into less organized states, thereby increasing entropy.

Energy of certainty is leveled by “Fomors” — forces that turn certainty into stasis, robbing the realization flow of fluidity and “discharging” the equilibrium between locality and fluidity. This corresponds to a transition from highly active states to states of minimal free energy.

At the same time, each of the groups of energy consumers, in turn, includes two forces —

· dynamic, the force that removes energy, are “operators” that are not predators in themselves but simply provide energy movement, and

· discharging, the consumers proper, consuming impulses and dissipating tension.

For energy of desires (“realization energy”) these forces are represented, respectively, by “goetic” and “qliphothic” demons, and for energy of will (the energy of determination) — by Archons and Fomors.

At the same time, in the course of the development of manifested worlds, the systems of both production and consumption of energy grew more complex, and the real actors of each group produce and use several of its types and forms. Thus, people and the Fairies in many respects developed similar manifestations while retaining their key features; and the Fomors, who at first were “primordial” enemies primarily of the Fairy Folk, largely switched to the forms of energy generated by “younger” humanity.

In addition, the Fairies proved to be far more successful in confronting predators: they almost completely broke free from chains of consumption and learned to “swim” freely in the flows of a great variety of energy. Such success is largely connected with the “constructive” character of the Fairy Folk, more attuned to harmony and the building of connections — with alvs, Vanir, and Aesir — whereas people prefer consumerist and aggressive strategies, which only add enemies and ill-wishers.

This “groundedness” of the human mind is, on the one hand, a consequence of its evolution as a species forced to survive in dense, dangerous, aggressive conditions. The human psyche formed in a struggle for resources, and the mind — as a tool of physical survival. Unlike the Fairies, who inherited from the alvs the ability for fluid existence, humans initially fenced themselves off from the environment, building protective barriers and mechanisms, and since then strive not to interact but to dominate.

On the other hand, the turning of humans into hyper-utilitarian beings was also influenced by the work of “breeders” acting upon them, above all the Archons and grigori. And if the former are not interested in increasing humanity’s energy production (“high” psychic energy, “white light,” is inedible for the inhabitants of the Interworld), then the latter fear that human evolution will “thin” the materiality of the world it forms and, thereby, “zero out” the efforts of the Observers to create their material bodies. We have already said that the Archons and the grigori united in their striving to prevent any spiritual awakening of humanity, to block the development of magical abilities and mind-development practices that could free people from dependence on material and technological surrogates. Together with the Fomors they created a system of control in which people remain unaware of hidden aspects of reality and their own possibilities, fully plunging into material consumption and technological development without a spiritual component.

Accordingly, people did not begin to learn strategies for circulating psychic and energetic flows. Their psyche, unlike the Fairy one, became firmly “grounded”; it seeks fixation, always wants to see a resource in an object, seeking utilitarian benefit. People’s mind became limited and static, easily controlled and susceptible to the influence of predatory beings. This leads to people accumulating significant volumes of energy without a developed ability to transform it — and hence to “overheating” and attracting predators. And it is not surprising that in this obsessive striving for unambiguity, control and consumption, humans become the ideal prey for Fomors and demons. Whereas the Fairies turned into “swift-footed game,” hunting which only exhausts predators, people fall into traps themselves and readily produce excess energy in the form of bodily and psychic “obesity.”

At the same time, it is precisely the Fairy model of existence, achieving alvish fluidity and Vanic flows, that offers an example of strategies based on harmonious integration into universal flows, on plasticity of forms and capacity for ongoing inner transformation.

Therefore, today a change in human thinking is urgently necessary: from rigid instrumentalism to conscious flow-state, from arrogant domination to dialogical attunement to reality. Such a change is practically necessary to escape from the state of existential vulnerability into which humanity has driven itself. Only the restoring connection with the alvs and the Fairies, as bearers of a fundamentally different psychological and ontological approach, can ensure a transition to a stable, independent mode of being, without which the further fate of humanity looks grim.

  1. Hello, Enmerkar, I would like to ask a question – during my practices with summoning and communicating with nature spirits through a magic mirror, especially at times when they were very active around (thankfully, we live on the first floor and there is a lot of greenery, our city isn’t very big), I observed the dead from the side. Initially, a spirit that appeared in the form of a snake showed me a ruined and desolate city where our houses now stand, calling it the archontic trap city. Then the magic mirror was filled with the dead, and this has happened more than once. They prevented me from seeing anything else, interrupted contact with the nature spirit, and caused chaos in perception and ultimately fatigue in perception. This isn’t the first time it has happened! In the past interactions with these elementals, they tried to turn the harmonious order of life into chaos. I pulled from the nature spirit information that these dead serve the archons, but it was difficult and the spirit’s answer was not so clear. So, the question is – is there such a phenomenon as the service of elementals to the archons, and if possible, could you please elaborate on this?

    • Hello!
Of course, the ‘dead’ are elementals and the utukku are always attracted to places where the boundary between worlds thins, and access to life energy becomes possible, so their appearance in the ritual is nothing surprising. As for the ‘service to the Archons’, it likely refers to the fact that by being in the Interval, they participate in the ‘food chains’ established by the Rulers, receiving access to the energy transmitted there in exchange for joint actions.
