Timely Actions

way

“Folk wisdom” varies widely regarding when and what should be done. On the one hand, people say “there’s no use crying over spilt milk” and that “a spoon is only useful when it’s mealtime.” On the other hand, they are convinced that “better late than never.”

For the Magus, constructing his destiny, the effectiveness of his Way lies, above all, in a successful sequence of realizations that lead to productive development of consciousness. The mind’s potentials are infinite, and their actualization’s effectiveness lies precisely in the close interconnection of the elements of the Way, in choosing among many consequences of each action those whose unfolding will most expand the mind. Since, in any case, the “maximum-program” of development ultimately consists in the complete realization, in full, absolute awareness, in identifying oneself with the Absolute Spirit and the fullness of the world, the choice is only the quickest way — that is, the fewest moves to achieve it — by which to accomplish it. In other words, the question is not so much what to actualize as when, in what order to actualize. A being does not face the question of whether to develop; it only faces the question of how long it intends to develop, how many lives, how many falls and rises it will endure in the process.

And so the question of an effective strategy of development is a question of such an order of realizations, such an order of awareness, by which one manages to “extract the most” from each realization and each awareness for the onward Way, and thus to shorten that Way as much as possible. The Magus is oriented toward revolutionary development, toward reducing the number of necessary steps, reducing the number of necessary battles, and thereby toward minimizing the suffering caused by unrealized potential and limitation.

way

Determining such an effective order of realizations, therefore, is the chief guarantee of successful progress. A timely action — that is, “ripe,” ready for actualization — not only requires the least effort, but also yields the greatest effect. In fact, the famous Zen assertions about the importance of “simple actions” speak precisely to this: if a person can correctly determine which action has “come to time,” performing that action — even without any special intention to make it “enlightening” or “developmental” — will contribute most to enlightenment and development.

In fact, control over nascent desires, which is so important for the Magus, is precisely about examining which realization is ‘timely’ — that is, which realization will most effectively complete the previous stage of development and open the way to the next. One should not be surprised if such a realization is the urge to pick one’s nose — perhaps that will prove the most timely. Perhaps that very picking will provide a pause and allow a new idea to arise, or keep one from entering an unfavorable situation, or even avert a death that might have occurred if the next step had happened too quickly, without that pause. Development has its own inner logic, and so long as the mind does not violate that logic, it strives to go by the shortest route, just as a river finds the shortest possible way to the ocean.

way

From this standpoint it makes no difference whether a realization is made earlier or later than the optimal moment. If untimely, it will unambiguously prove ineffective, and only “hitting the mark” guarantees a favorable unfolding of events. The hunt for opportunities, which constitutes the foundation of the Magus’s Way, thus appears precisely as the art of finding such favorable realizations.

Nevertheless, one should not get the impression that the most effective action at any given moment is always obvious. Cultivation of attention, discipline of the mind, hunter’s skills — those so necessary to the Magus for success — are precisely intended to help one not miss that chance, to find and seize the opportunity whose realization is most effective. Laziness, sluggishness and fogginess of the mind, the abundance of destructive impulses within it, are the obstacles that steer the mind’s flow onto developmental detours, drive it into dead ends and let it stagnate. The mind must possess considerable clarity in order to respond quickly to emerging opportunities, to assess those opportunities’ promise and timeliness, and to choose to actualize the one that leads to the greatest success and the shortest Way of development.

  1. “So, the question of effective development strategies is a question of such orders of implementations, such orders of realizations, under which it is possible to ‘squeeze the maximum’ from each realization, each understanding for the further Path!” You speak wisely, Enmerkar! And the nose thing is also interesting. I have long noticed that in formal societies there is usually some unwritten etiquette about how to move and how not to. When in such a situation, you often catch yourself thinking: that it’s better not to stand like this, or not to use such a mimicry.. then you catch yourself on another thought: but why?.. After all, every involuntary movement is essentially an expression of the natural movement of Power. We all have basically the same bodies, but we use them so differently that sometimes the understanding of this difference just blows your mind.. Some hold posture with their shoulders, some always step with their left leg, some look at their feet, some look ahead, some into the sky.. Depending on the pose you choose at the moment, your outlook depends… your points of attention and your subsequent actions.. In these actions, we all differ and reveal ourselves.. and it all starts with how someone moves their finger or picks their nose. 🙂 Very good article.

    • The body is not everything we have, but everything we have is in the body! Those who can read will read!

  2. It amuses me that the Author strives to describe everything within the framework of logic. And what is illogical is a mystery for us. If consciousness is rooted in the realm of intellect, it cannot ascend higher. The maximally effective order of implementations becomes visible if you turn off logic and desires. They lead you astray from the shortest path. And it cannot be overlooked that the visibility of the shortest path does not make the Path easier. It may be faster if one has the ability to withstand the heaviest burdens under which consciousness melts and elements of human nature burn out. Evolutionary development has its internal optimality and correspondence to the current capabilities of the being. Often, this looks incomprehensible to a person who is used to shoving their logic into every hole. The river does not find the shortest path to the ocean, but the path of least resistance from the ground and terrain. This path largely depends on random occurrences, not the water, and is not unique. The tactic of local benefits does not resemble a revolution; it is the tactic of optimized flow based on factors such as gravitational potential, water viscosity, replenishment by rain, ground hardness, etc. Upon reaching a certain point in its development, consciousness can break the rules of evolution and proceed straight through. For this, one must cross to a higher level of consciousness above the intellect, from which causation is visible. ‘Optimality’ will become the only possible one, ‘actualization of potentials’ will be replaced by ‘becoming the visible cause of what has already happened’, and ‘timeliness and order of actualization’ will lose unidimensionality and temporality.

    • In my opinion, behind everything in which we do not see logic, there is still logic. While it may be inaccessible to us. And it seems strange to me, for example, to romanticize ignorance. There is nothing bad or good in it, just such an approach that this is an unknowable mystery – prevents one from knowing it in the end. For me, it is obvious from experience that all mysteries have their own logic and their own laws.

      • At the level of intellect, consciousness describes the new through the existing or integrates the new into itself without description, with the label unobservable or temporarily unknown. The new becomes part of the existing. The very principle of describing reality is to describe one thing through another, and the principle of thinking consists of logical chains, connections between one and another, organization. Naturally, such descriptions of something can differ just like people do. And some strive to improve their consciousness, not qualitatively, but quantitatively – creating in their mind a huge structure with millions of models of observable phenomena and synthetic connections, organizing them this way and that in their own manner. Consciousness can achieve a high degree of mastery in this endeavor, yet it remains inside this structure, being part of it, while thinking how effective, alive, and divine it is. The ability to synthesize is a necessary stage of evolution but not the final one.

        • This is very cool) I really enjoyed the flow of thoughts. But didn’t you try to logically explain it?

          • But how can you express something non-logically in a language that is, as a means of communication, a 100% logical mechanism? However, if you provide not one projection but several at once, while trying to stitch these flat projections into an object of a dimension greater than 2 at their borders, you sometimes get something adequate, especially if the projections have orthogonality of meanings. But the method that was used in ancient documents in Sanskrit, which were something like objects of Power, is especially effective because it provides knowledge in a way that bypasses logic for those who are ready for it.

          • I’m not sure if this is on topic or not, but I can fully read consciousness under certain conditions. And I will know everything that a person thinks and all possible variants of their actions. I can also be shown any indescribable phenomenon. By the way, this is usually enough, children learn before they have words. But I found nothing illogical in this.

          • But why is only one method considered ‘effective’? After all, it all depends on the effectiveness for whom we speak 🙂 For one, perhaps, the most effective approach may be the logical one, for another – perception at the level of feelings, for the third – intuitive vision of synthesis. There are no general ‘correct’ paths and views. The task of this blog is just to share thoughts that turned out to be effective on the author’s personal path, without any claim to universality 🙂

          • “conflict of buckets” – GATO was talking about the last paragraph, about the bucket that the choice is made only through awareness (only through logic – Buddhism). This contradicts the Vedic bucket – the choice should be made using the feminine unobservable because it has more options than those collected by consciousness, no matter how ‘cool’ it is. Although I think that paired movement is just the optimal one.

    • Amusing attempt of the right hemisphere to quarrel with the left. Logic complements and sometimes directs the irrational and works in discrete layers. 90% of perception goes through non-verbal layers of consciousness.

      • Do non-verbal layers of consciousness have their own logic, or do the hemispheres have no patterns in their work? In my opinion, if it exists, it is quite worthy of exploration. About how the brain dresses symbols, I know well from my own experience. And everyone knows, we all dream. Besides the energy packed in symbols, I have seen it several times more or less in pure form. Different streams and almost a numerical code there. And this was more logical than all the logic I know in reality.

  3. GATO, can consciousness describe the new at some other level, apart from the level of intellect? – What is not described has no place in consciousness. For any new phenomenon or object, we assign the most suitable words; otherwise, this new thing will have nothing to cling to, and it will evaporate from consciousness like “that, I don’t know what”. – By what criteria do you determine the quality of consciousness (yours or others’)? – If the structure is too large – the ‘Occam’s razor’ helps get rid of quantity 🙂 – And please share what the next stage of evolution is after the ability to synthesize?

  4. “However, if you provide not one projection but several at once, while trying to stitch these flat projections into an object of a dimension greater than 2 at their borders, you sometimes get something adequate, especially if the projections have orthogonality of meanings. But the method that was used in ancient documents in Sanskrit, which were something like objects of Power, is especially effective because it provides knowledge in a way that bypasses logic for those who are ready for it.” Can you provide an example, one that you find successful? I’m very interested to touch it.

    • Such sayings exist: ‘love for all living beings’, ‘to see oneself in others’, ‘feeling of unity’, etc. All of them are attempts to project. Each separately does not convey even a third, but together – somehow approximately. But this is not love, as it is known in relation to a person, and seeing oneself in others is not the same, as there is no SELF there, and the feeling of unity is not what they might think. I would express it this way: to see in oneself and in all living beings a singular source of animation and primary cause of actions. Such vision is accompanied by an illogical understanding of other beings and a tender respect for their actions, a feeling of equivalence of the value of theirs and yours, a feeling of their joys and sorrows as your own. And still, it turned out only approximately and partly incorrectly, as the descriptors from the previous sentence are what was found in the system of human concepts.

      • Words are not what lies behind the words. – Something approximately and partly incorrectly expressed in words is approximately and partly incorrectly understood by the reader of those words. – But the one who knows exactly what he knows is sure that the one who, in his opinion, is ‘ready’ will understand his words exactly as he understands them 🙂

  5. If GATO suggests ‘to move to a higher level of consciousness above intellect’, then I, on the contrary, lack a clear, tangible, and action-oriented level. The blog articles are like some paragraphs in a textbook, where I lack practical problems for understanding the theory. It is clear that they are plentiful in life, and everyone has their own. Nevertheless, examples would not hurt. So thanks to those who share specific experienced events in the comments.

    • I have no intention of ‘sharing the experience of a higher level of consciousness’ with anyone as it is meaningless. You could as well share your pumped muscles with someone. I proposed to consider the possibility of ‘moving to a higher level of consciousness above intellect’ not to everyone but to one, certainly ready for it and partly already present there.

      • And all the others, you know, did not show their face) It’s quite easy to determine who is present and where concerning people. Accordingly, the same applies to oneself and to consciousness in general.

        • Here is the translation of the provided text to English:

“After these words, I decided to take a look at your face. It was no trouble at all, and I find it pleasant and interesting. There is a certain attractiveness. The genetics of the peoples of Southern Siberia are present. And of course, the soul is visible – such a thing is rarely encountered. My respects.

As for my attitude towards people, I have none at all. Their nature is almost always apparent, and there is no need to construct in my mind any nonsense that you call an attitude; it is quite enough to accept them as they are. However, something within me seeps to a lower level and sometimes manifests as arrogance that is justified by fact and by the right of origin.

Regarding your bewilderment about what the wise ones said about the impossibility of a woman achieving enlightenment. Well, they are largely right – when approaching enlightenment, it is such a tumultuous experience that it’s incomprehensible. Being born a woman with the strength to withstand that is, to put it mildly, unnatural. So what is it that you are so eager about in this incarnation? Enmerkar warned that upon death, nothing remains of us at all, and this is presumably from his own experience, as always. He must have had to die and resurrect, after all))) Quite a bit does remain, but not what people think is important. The personality is a temporary tool, just like intellect.”

          • Regarding vision, that’s something you should figure out for yourself. You can call me anything you want, it doesn’t change the nature of that quality. The facts are ambiguous, and no one can definitively say whether the Chuvash are a people of Southern Siberia or not. All my other genetic sources do not fit this description.

As for enlightenment—what else is there to say, if, through experience, one really knows that everything is a game?

About Buddha and Enmerkar—these are people, like anyone who has ever expressed something. Their worldview may interest me or not; it may resonate with me in some ways and not in others. The Eastern path does not suit me at all, as it is, I emphasize again, strange to engage in a myth that does not envision a result for me personally. The left-hand tantra was mentioned, where enlightenment was considered possible for women. It does not suit me for the simple reason that I just don’t like it (I consider this an objective reason)).

Moreover, I believe that a thought coming from one source (from one specific enlightenment of Buddha) continues to have a relationship to it in any case. My personal opinion is that any statement, at best, is a version of the truth, meaning a part of the truth that needs a second part added to it.

In my opinion, both Enmerkar and Buddha are honest. This does not justify attempting to repeat their paths, but it allows one to take their opinion as pure. The very fact and process of enlightenment, for example, or an excellent description of demons.

Regarding women and power—it really depends on which game one plays. For example, the myth of Castaneda states that women actually have more power.

In general, Buddhism, Castaneda, and paganism, in terms of women, essentially speak about the same thing. I know this from my own experience as a “carrier of language”)—about the cyclicality of thought. Some call it Maya, some call it the ability to create dreams, while others build almost the entire myth around it.

Furthermore, women’s thinking is characterized by yielding results))—which, in my view, is connected to practicality) Testing each action for usefulness. There’s also receptiveness, on which insight is based—the ability to look without any specific goal at all.

To a lesser extent, a thing like conceit and competition is also characteristic. For now, I believe that this is linked to the ability to incorporate stimuli or create new space (this is a testable version)).

What has been and remains is our divergence in arrogance regarding birthright and fact.

Firstly, I believe everyone should be equal, and if I see someone who evokes any reverence in me, I immediately contain it within myself. In my world, there exists no one higher or lower based solely on the fact of their birth. A person, to me, is a dynamic system. Regardless of any initial conditions—everything I can know about a person and everything they are is merely a fixation of the moment now.

Ah, yes, intellect and personality for me are not tools. They are simply intellect and personality, systems with their own properties and parts of a higher-order system. This is also a specific worldview, allowing one to study them, observe calmly, and ultimately develop without suffering.

Regarding the path—everything for me is practical and simple. Know yourself. Know the opposite. And you’ll know everything) And, in my view, it is most conveniently arranged precisely in the very fact of the existence of men and women.

          • Dear GATO, I believe you know that Magic implies creativity and values a personal, individual perspective on the world. The value of this blog by Enmerkar lies in the fact that he truthfully describes his path and his view of the World (the worlds), offering his own picture of one of the many facets of vision that has opened to him.

To criticize this would be unwise.

This blog provides interest and the opportunity for those who feel their connection to something else, yet may not dare to embark on this path, to explore Magic.

I am sure you are aware that the main value of Magic is not so much in the transmission of knowledge, but in the birth of aspirations to reveal a new facet of perception of this existence, in the enrichment, fulfillment, and disclosure of new meanings of understanding.

This is what makes this blog personally valuable to me.

            Sincerely.

          • Here’s the translation:

“And what does ‘arrogance, justified by fact and by the right of origin’ mean? Like, does arrogance have a justification?

When I feel this arrogance, I want to walk barefoot and look at the grass. ‘Look at the grass, it doesn’t know the word love, yet the love of the grass is no less than your love.’

If you’re so cool, high-level, then within you and coming from you will be ‘love for all living beings,’ ‘seeing yourself in others,’ ‘a sense of unity’… there is no SELF in that, and the feeling of unity, seeing in yourself and in all living beings the single source of vitality and the primary cause of actions, understanding other beings and a deep respect for their actions, feeling the equivalence of the value of their lives and yours, feeling their joys and sorrows as your own 😉
To me, there is some inadequacy in any form of arrogance. And what kind of formal right can grant a feeling of being in a higher position? If you have this power, it will be recognized by fact. And this power does not necessarily last forever.
It’s still funny, from whom, dear GATO, did you descend? I have this image that you descended from the Cheshire Cat.”

    • Empathy. Either direct perception while in the field of the bearer of the information accepting him, that is, being in an open state. This is the material part of Vedism.

      • I read a brief course on yoga yesterday, in one phrase) that everything comes down to the skill of maximum emptiness, and this is perception, and maximum concentration, and this is realization. I really liked it. It’s all clear) I even tried the practice of stopping and then concentrating. Liked it)

      • Close to the essence, however, there are nuances. 1. Not everyone wants their field to be read. 2. Forced reading is unlawful. 3. The Internet imposes limitations, even if both sides agree to reading (and the channel through audio-video Skype is no better than that of regular text messages). 4. Many very talented distance readers pursue selfish goals and can just manipulate you. I’ve encountered such people, they are like crap – you step in once, and then even if you clean up, they will remind you of themselves for a long time. Dangerous.

        • Living is generally dangerous, and you can characterize any person by any piece of the written words on the Internet. This is my experience, just like yours about danger. I mean that a statement may seem a bit harsh. And we are talking about achieving the maximum of consciousness here. It seems strange then to talk about inherently dangerous energy and contact. Only those which you do not yet know and are not ready for.

          • From the text, from photographs, pictures are well read: the room where a person lives, the environment, characteristic poses. It is possible to see for example that a person is drinking tea now and if this is confirmed, it seems like a miracle, even though there is nothing special about it. Such reading does not allow to see the complete picture, that is precisely the limitation imposed by the Internet. A person who does not see the complete picture fills the empty spaces with their imagination. Assuring oneself that I see everything accurately and correctly has no grounds, and thus may lead to erroneous actions and undesirable consequences. Facts require verification. – This is where the danger of remote contact lies. When on the other side is a professional, a person who has knowledge about human nature, standard behavioral clichés, natural reactions to various stimuli; in short, if that person is a good psychologist and knows what they want from you, they just push certain ‘buttons’ and you behave like a puppet performing the necessary actions. – Therefore, I fear distance readers 🙂

          • Isn’t any button for manipulation exactly what needs to be seen and removed? And then be free from it? You forgot to mention that your perspective on seeing things is the way you interpret it, and not the only possible perspective.

          • In this specific case, for example, I see that development is not a key value for you. There is an opinion that it should be pleasant. In the case of Gato, I see that his words about universal love are only words, because when he talks about it, he immediately divides and dismisses the person. And this is also a perspective. It clearly allows me to understand how you will behave in any reality. Any punishment for such a perspective may only occur if I utilize it and somehow engage emotionally.

          • I argued for a long time on the “empaths” forum, and here as well—the remote viewer shifts the focus of perception. And they see the world depending on their trust in reality and their ability to accept it as it is—the images correspond more closely to “reality.” Sometimes one can see more than a person knows about themselves. But this is merely the skill of shifting the focus of perception in different worlds.

          • It sees as it is, if it does not have the aim to see as it wants. In my opinion, vision is not such a rarity and not something unimaginable. I believe it is harder to at least simply keep one’s own conditioning in mind. This conditioning imposes a filter on both perception and interpretation.

          • By the way, Denis, for empathetic telepathy to work well, you need to allow the distant person to completely enter you, to fully and unconditionally open up. But… not everyone can completely open up to a stranger, and why would they? 🙂

          • Most likely, everyone has their own interpretation. In my case—let’s say there’s an analogy—there’s no need for openness to see a person on the street. Either you see them or you don’t. The whole complexity is shifting the focus to the right place—where that person is; more precisely, it’s about attuning to their parallel world—and for that, you need to know their resonance. After that, it’s just the usual karmic patterns. Essentially, everyone does this. The only question is awareness and the degree of interaction. Usually, if there’s a ringing in your ears, it means someone is rummaging around.

          • Why? This is one of my favorite and often unpleasant questions for the ego 🙂 Why do you want to see someone?

          • As it turned out by chance, this is my everything. And I hope I finally have the courage to take the tambourine in my hands. I don’t know how this will turn out in the material world.

On the path, there is no answer to why. It simply doesn’t arise. There is no sense in asking a mountaineer why. Why does he take such lethal risks and climb there when he has children and a wife at home? This state is alive. Outside of this, it’s survival in anticipation of the moment when one can allow oneself to truly live.

          • Sure! Here’s the translation to English:

“Well, yes… everyone is different :). For me, ringing in the ears means that there are deceased people nearby. Living people don’t ring; the tonality is different. And when I mentioned telepathy, I meant when people do not see each other but still pick up sensations and information from one another. It’s not a gift; anyone can do it, but some find it easier, while others find it more difficult. As for people on the street, sometimes a half-glance is enough to understand a person’s innermost self, while sometimes you can spend years trying to figure someone out and still find a lot of interesting things left to discover :).”

          • In this area, I have micro-experience. But regarding the ringing, I suspect it’s the crossing of the etheric layer – that’s why the inanimate likely produces noise. Theoretically. But I haven’t seen such a theory. Although I’ve been digging for a long time. The most I’ve gotten is a rainbow. But since it’s just bait, I decided not to bite. Do you have any advice?

          • It seems that you were not satisfied with your own answer to the question of why you need a vision and answered again. Now with the maxim – what kind of “why” question can there be on the path? “We cannot be led off our path; we don’t care where to go.” As for the vision of your partner, it’s probably simpler and more effective to just ask them. Although with a shamanic drum, it might be prettier, I guess!

          • “Mutual development is when one person sees the other from the outside. Both see each other and share their understandings. They help each other go through different lessons—what comes from her family and what comes from his. Each sees a part of the other’s lesson that the other cannot see, as part of the lesson is, by definition, hidden and must be addressed by the other person. It is precisely that loving perspective from the outside—not biting the other—that creates harmony.

I have only shown the state of feeling one’s destined path, not male stubbornness and obstinacy. Although for a woman it may look the same, the emotional states are different. In the first, one feels life, while in the second, the eyes are simply blinded by emotion. The ability to distinguish between these states—though one may not see them, but can feel them—is what I am rambling about. And the drum shows that it can be anything; the subconscious has designated a certain experience. It can materialize in any form, and it is strange that I am discussing this with magicians.

And I answered two questions from two people. Two different answers. Well, one cannot do that; it seems it is customary to remain silent here.”

          • Why? From the perspective of personal boundaries, perhaps there is indeed no need for participation in karmic arrangements. But if we dig deeper—into the ether, astral, mental, or even deeper—how can we do without it? In my subjective view, after playing around with individual development, growing as a pair leaves us with no options. How can one take into account the intentions of their partner without knowing their intentions? The intentions of their higher selves? In my opinion, this would be an imitation of a couple rather than a genuine joint experience. And how can we know without shifting our focus? Personally, I find this unknown.

The question of why—metaphorically speaking—it’s like a person living in an apartment asking the people rushing around his home, not only those nearby but also those traveling, digging for archaeological finds, or standing to build the foundational structures of the future. For me, this is a distinctly masculine quality—exploring the unknown, illuminating it so that it can pass through the lens of the feminine and materialize.

          • Moreover, specifically you have seen with your own eyes, based on quite real facts, what kind of vision Catherine possesses. You personally witnessed a person she trained to see spirits, and who, by his own words, defeated all demons and his further actions. Why? Such vision and advice! I have to say I am not against it; I am genuinely curious about how one can explain this to oneself in a way that bypasses reality. Every time I look at stories like this, I am amazed by the “depth of the rabbit hole,” our consciousness, and everything it does with us.

        • I am interested in the second point – where is the boundary of legality and how is one punished for it? And most interestingly, who. The mechanism, so to speak)

          • And who is this? Please by name) although seriously, how does forced reading reflect in karma? The same action? I cannot understand the crime. Only if there is something to hide, and the more there is, the greater the trace in karma?

          • Here’s the translation to English:

“Imagine, for example, that you are living your life peacefully, not bothering anyone, developing yourself, occasionally sharing your experiences with people, and suddenly, out of nowhere, a person appears who wants to take in all your experiences, completely copy your field: everything that is deeply personal to you, which you do not wish to display. This person intrudes into your life, persistently pursuing you in order to know you completely. You are even willing to make some contact and say to him or her, ‘Maybe that’s enough. Perhaps we can try to communicate without bias in a way that is comfortable for both of us’ – but this does not help, and the person continues to act in the same way. In the end, you are tired and want to get rid of the person; there is no harmony.

The law is within you. After encountering the situation described above, you would hardly act in the same way as that person, and if you understand, feel, or are directly told that they do not want you to intrude, read them, or impose on them – you would simply step aside, realizing that you must respect other people’s personal space just as you would want others to respect your personal space. I’m not saying anything new: treat others the way you want others to treat you. That is the whole law.”

          • By the way, you operate with the concepts of Eastern teachings, according to which everything we see is ourselves. Our projections or reflections of our own twists in consciousness. How did certain remote viewers become exceptions and who are they, anyway?

          • There is no randomness in Vedicism. This is a Western scheme. I dare to suggest that Vedicism is now being imposed on Western thinking, and probably not so long ago. “In the end, you get tired” – the key mismatch of logical schemes.

  6. As an example of ‘timely actions’, I suggest, with Enmerkar’s permission, the plot of the just-watched movie Meteor. Meteor is a complex of rock monasteries in Greece. Hung in the sky, in the monasteries, engaging in their practices, the monks seek the way to God. It so happens that a Greek monk and a Russian nun fell in love with each other. Is it ‘timely’ for them to respond to the call of love?

      • Because they once decided that their path to their God was through the rejection of human passions, their love was without flesh. What hunt for power is here? They themselves did not want it, did not intend it, but this ‘beast’ found them. And to ‘survive’, it came time for these two to reforge their consciousness, to redefine what love is, what God is, what the path is, and who they themselves are on this path. Here is an example of how a person decides what they cannot live without, without which they are neither dead nor alive. Some will say – they decided at the level of instincts, others – submitted to the divine power of love. The point is that it was timely.

  7. The conversation about levels of perception reminds me of the parable of the elephant. Six sages looked at the elephant from different sides and each saw and described their piece of the elephant. With logical words or physical feelings, one could even, for example, try to describe something with mooing. Everything will be incomplete and approximate. For example, recently a friend asked me: ‘How do you perceive information from stones?’ – Stones show me pictures, previously knocking me into an altered state of consciousness; I must be near the stone and some stones (in power places) shift the focus of consciousness so deeply that I am very afraid not to return. I can spend several hours beside a stone without feeling time, perceiving events that happened many years ago. – I do not know at what level this occurs; I do not know if there is logic in this and, in my opinion, there is no need to search for logic in everything or to think that logic is not needed to express what has been perceived. The only thing I am certain of is that they speak the truth. The road speaks the truth, the wind speaks the truth, stones, trees also speak the truth. Because what can be verified from what has been perceived turns out to be true, much to my surprise. I do not think that after these words, my friend exactly understood how I read information from stones. The only thing he probably could understand accurately from my words is that talking to stones is fundamentally possible at all. And he said he too would go talk to them. I am certain that his conversation and his perception differ greatly from mine. – Sometimes people put words together into images that are like keys to open doors for us to something new, and this new thing, which we fished out from the unknown with the help of someone’s words, helps us to develop. Here, in this blog, I found a lot of that. Probably that is why we try to express ourselves – because we all are one whole, and if one part of the whole has learned something, then why shouldn’t the others learn it too.

    • A complete reading of your brain will lead to obtaining an imprint of attempts to control reality, stopping evolutionary development, and much more. Because vision is perception and you cannot truly see without imprinting. And then carry this within yourself and harmonize it. From personal experience, I had a beloved director at work and one of the most important teachers for me. One time, I told him that my subordinate had completely copied my brain. And I was shaken like a Soviet refrigerator. I was outraged. And he smiled and said he would have been glad if someone wanted to copy his brain. There was nothing to be happy about there, apart from the special skills for work, she also copied my then attitude towards people. And made me feel it fully. This same director once performed a trick by pairing me, then a big individualist, with a second person who was radically opposite. Giving us equal powers. And he watched for six months as we yelled at each other and smiled again. When we finally became friends and the work became whole, that’s when he was happy. Not because of the work, by the way, but because he was pleased to see that we understood. There is nothing in any of us that is worth guarding for the sake of development.

  8. I read everything here, and it’s clear that two positions are visible, for logic and for sensations. Or whatever is implied by love for all beings… but my position, for example, is not obvious, and in general no one has yet expressed any non-dual opinion. And I see the gain precisely in this. Regarding the questions of knowledge, I hold the opinion that there is what I know. My experience. And what I do not know. For me, once, it was a significant event to stop myself. And to start living in an uncontrolled world. This phrase seems simple, but once fully accepted, it frees one from many illusions and life becomes much scarier) In my opinion, theoretical discussions also hide fear of the uncontrollability of the world. And at the same time, like a lock on a door. In being well-read, we may not allow ourselves the right to know. And we have to be honest, none of those writing about love or acceptance, or about anything, were perfect. Taking any knowledge in advance, before experience, is dangerous precisely because we might never know how it really is. I don’t know, and I wish to know. For me, these are almost the main magical words. Regarding sensations and logic, the local conversation possibly reflects the difference of masculine and feminine consciousness, as they say, to whom something is lacking. Or the stage of each speaker. It seems we are talking about the fullness of consciousness. And I think it contains everything. But hardly feelings that are above logic, and hardly a hierarchy instead of equilibrium.

  9. So, the designation of fullness is indeed what is being examined. Either it is done logically (masculine) or sensually indescribably (feminine). Traditional approaches. But rationally combining through love. Because there are always fewer receptors than information flows – the limitations of bodies)

  10. GATO, I never thought that it was timely for everyone to transition to ‘your’ higher level of consciousness above intellect. But your reply and subsequent conversations amuse me like this: there is one who says – people, we need to bake bread and feed ourselves and others. And various chefs and cooks of different skills gathered, but instead of baking, steaming, frying, and boiling, they start arguing about whose ladles are better and whose pots are deeper. Or like this: a call sounds: the king needs a dress sewn. And again there is noise and commotion, many disputes about the choice of fabrics and threads, significant hints about the outfit, and in the end – the king is naked. What difference does it make how a person or, say, a stone 🙂 defines what is urgent and timely action for them? Everyone does this (or does not) in a way available to them.

  11. Karma is not in the sense of direct retribution and immediately. But in the sense that, in fact, everyone who has spoken here is right. Being in their position and on the pole of the binary. Everyone is right because they speak of what is important to them, and it is indeed important for both them and the integrity. But the position of being fixated on one of the poles forever, without understanding that integrity includes both sides, brings the second part of the binary outward and volumetrically. Therefore, anyone who is afraid will punish themselves by being afraid, and anyone looking into consciousness with some other goals besides knowing and loving will also punish themselves. At least by staying within the limits of karmic systems. Which again is not a punishment, but will continue as long as there is duality.

    • That does not mean, for example, that I am not swept away when facing my karmic issues) I cling with my teeth to what is mine) The only thing I know for sure is that contact should be extended as much as possible until the de-enchantment and full understanding of the other side. Any other actions are useless, as you will meet this same energy again and again in many people. And reading scriptures and believing in them in advance leads to questions that can be solved in a social format acquiring an insoluble level and can give a feeling of false righteousness and practically indulgence. And complete meaninglessness of everything, because one can only verify the veracity or not of the accepted teaching after dying.

      • What in Christianity, in Tantra, and in the Tibetan Book of the Dead has a common intersection is the importance of faith, even without experiencing a specific after-death event, the exit from the body of great yogis, to the level of the light or the body of cause, in such a case if I’m not confusing them, they are called twice-born in one life. Of course, this can be a very complicated mental construct that you were reborn during your lifetime or awakened; it’s a play of the mind but not reality. But what and who determines what is reality for you and what is illusion, all relative to the level of consciousness you are at. The whole world can also be called not just an illusion but a dream of Brahman, and we are its main characters. Therefore, for some, conscious dreams are simply a product of the mind while for others a world of the astral with its laws, but who is right? It is important how effectively you acquire your experience and reach wholeness. It is precisely deep experiences and awareness that determine what is real for us, and it doesn’t matter in what form, religious, esoteric, tantric, etc. Thus, ideally, there is no need to die to realize the truth of the teaching, but this is the lot of the chosen ones.

        • The goal also matters) for example, I don’t have the task of convincing myself of the truth of any teaching. In my opinion, this can’t be the goal. And feeling like the chosen one is not the goal either. But here one can come to the conclusion that maybe goals don’t exist at all) Just today I was analyzing what might be called the astral or conscious dreaming. Over the year, I can already make a map of where I go. This is surprising to me. The same places, which exist only in dreams, and all the connection with reality, but they are related. And at the same time, I haven’t been in any teaching or tried to learn it. This is a result of the goal. It’s good that special effects are described, otherwise one could really be surprised. However, in my opinion – they are not a sign of anything. And they don’t belong to any teaching. They are properties of consciousness.

          • I have seen this: we have different understandings of teachings. In your case – it’s evident, despite the enumeration, there is still some special relationship to certain teachings. For me, the wasps and the astral became a consequence of intention and practical study of the runes. And I can say that I am grateful that this is described somewhere, and at the same time, when I tried to figure out what this is – it is evident that each cluster interprets it in their own way and most often tries to “patent the view from the window”, saying this is a consequence of our practices and a sign of the true path. But in my case, it just happened. Having no relation to yoga nor tantra, and even seemingly no relation to the runic myth. And it happens to many others, from which I conclude that this is simply a property of consciousness. I need no belief in this case. This is experience and fact. Regarding teachings and teachers – in my opinion, the divergence of worldviews on this is – I have a specific imprint in this regard. The absence of hierarchy. To all Eastern teachings in a bundle, I have, for example, a question – what about women? After all, their first creator and ideologist claims that they cannot achieve enlightenment. And by taking any part of this worldview thoughtlessly – you take it all entirely. And what is the sense then? Well, if they can’t, they can’t) you play in your little cubes. It’s strange to accept a worldview where I am not present. And even to accept that there are chosen ones) They are just people to whom this suits, that’s all. And you can only verify this by first believing. But I do not wish to believe in a game where I am not.

          • You are obviously a good practitioner, while I am more of a theorist, which is why our understandings of these teachings and phenomena are so different. Regarding goals. A person cannot exist without goals; it’s like living without understanding your purpose, not knowing what to do, but by default, goals or tasks always exist, it’s all about awareness. Often people pursue false goals dictated by those who control us on the path of degradation. You are clearly not one of their number, judging by your thoughts. Of course, personal experience is more important than any scriptures; what you have tested in practice later resonates with certain theories and teachings, not the other way around. In terms of left-hand tantra, women can indeed be enlightened; there have been such cases in history. Mindlessness and fanaticism have always led to problems in any teachings, as they distort the essence, plunging into harsh dualism. There are many paths, of course, and everyone chooses their own, their own game and rules) The main thing is not to exceed your level and to listen to the urging of your heart and spirit. Also regarding teachings, it is clear that they should not become an end in themselves, only your personal transformation. By the way, that which divides us in misunderstanding stems from our different terminological apparatus, and it’s better to try to find a common language for better understanding. A strong mind can also interpret facts however it wants to fit its worldview, and therein lies the trap, so it is more important to take it under control, filtering out its false and excessive interpretations of reality. There is a saying: without yoga, consider yourself not reasonable; it is not necessary to be a disciple of some guru or of some school; yoga is perfection in every action. Truth and wisdom are more important than terminology; as for forms, there are of course many. The ability to find the truth in any teaching or phenomenon in comparison with your individual experience at a practical level is mastery on the path to your higher self.

          • You are right, perhaps this is an indicator of truth. When, for example, siddhis or exits into the OS or Astral are a consequence of a correct lifestyle. This is to the point I wrote about the importance of practice first, and not theory. When a person lives according to their responsibilities, then with the right lifestyle, various bonuses await as a consequence. We must not merely get stuck on these siddhis or bonuses, as that can be very tempting for many seekers. To the belief that you mentioned, perhaps for you, it is indeed so; after all, it is merely a word, and everyone believes in what they want and can, as deeply as they are ready. Perhaps this is not belief but simple knowledge, even if initially intuitive. The chosen ones can be called true kshatriyas – warriors or brahmanas – magicians, who have a solid foundation of knowledge on which they stand and the flexibility of thought through which they effectively pursue their path.

          • For me, this dialogue ended with thoughts about ignorance. I do not know, and this is in fact not a simple position. About wasps, I know a little from experience. But in the first times, I was certainly very scared and held on with my teeth to the air) about the tantras, I do not know. For each teaching, I can pick out an unresolvable question, like the one about women. And I have problems with faith. Apparently, I somehow mix it with dreams and hopes. Right now, it’s a part of the quest that it’s difficult for me to name something I would believe in. They all crumble, all beliefs, if you try to elevate them to the maximum and honestly. I thought that it is indeed terrifying to live in an unexplained world) that this resembles a state of children and ultimately also a faith. In the belief that everything can be known, for example. And purposefully maintaining such a state of consciousness is truly work)

          • You are right in many ways, including your own. Your position isn’t entirely clear in the details, but perhaps only an individual can fully understand their own path based on practice, and often there is no need for them to explain their vision to others.

          • At the moment the conversation started, I was in a critical stance towards the Eastern path. For me, this is one of the ways of studying—critical analysis. And I understand that there is no such thing as a phenomenon that is unequivocally bad or good. That’s not an answer. Now I’ve made up my mind! The Eastern path for me is the realization of the nature of the mind. I have a mind, and I can look at techniques and apply them. The mind and the ego are not all of me. Accordingly, the Eastern path can be a tool for me, but not a path in itself. In my opinion, a rather amusing Buddhist approach has emerged towards Buddhism itself!

  12. Can you share your pumped-up muscles? It seems you can neither hand them over nor buy them. But when a person with a beautiful body comes into view, I get revitalized. And if it’s a loved body, something else happens. Does a baby share their age with you? And wrinkles get smoothed and worries disappear. What do we share with the sky, the trees, the stones? So, dear GATO, don’t slack off. You called yourself a mushroom, climb into the basket! Stitch your projections with manuscripts in Sanskrit, or whatever else, but let me feel unity with you, your love for me as a living being, let me see myself in you and you in me.

  13. Not exactly on topic, but a question arose – regarding wasps and astrals: to what extent do those who have been have tactile sensations. Pictures are just pictures. But it is written everywhere) that they “run” without a body, and here when you touch, there are no sensations. But what if you feel? Where and how? And why do the pictures completely coincide with reality? And the transition to that place is always accompanied by tactile sensations of moving through obstacles, like walking through a wall.

  14. Teaching is inseparably linked to the locality and characteristics of those living there.)

  15. I had a dream that Katya, while at Lyokha’s house, fell out of the window. Just like in a flight, with all the details, we watched and could see her flying, and for some reason, her cheeks were turning inside out. This time, I felt emotions from it and woke up because of them. There were many details, but I don’t understand them yet.
