Access to the Life Force
Although the Life Force, unified and indivisible, fills the entire cosmos and constitutes its potential ground, each embodied being, by virtue of and in proportion to its sense of separateness, has limited access to it.
In other words, although all beings bathe in an ocean of Pneuma, they often suffer a shortage of it, which produces illness and death.
This situation is connected to the fact that a being is by nature a vessel — that is, a system capable of receiving a certain amount of Power.
Moreover, the size of that vessel is an important characteristic of the current embodiment and cannot be substantially altered so long as the embodiment endures.
In other words, the birth of a being in any of the worlds signifies the creation of a vessel of a certain size, filled with a particular amount of Pneuma, which during the course of embodiment is expended, partly dispersing into the surrounding environment and absorbed by predators, while partly transforming into the Power of Awareness. Indeed, the Myth we are considering plainly asserts that the purpose and task of embodiment is precisely the maximally complete transformation of Pneuma into Nous, while its dispersion is a side effect arising from the low efficiency of that transformation.
It turns out that the Pneuma located inside the vessel and the Pneuma surrounding the vessel, though of the same nature, differ in their characteristics, especially in their tonus. The life energy belonging to an embodied being — that is, the Pneuma inside the vessel — is naturally limited in its movement and mixing, and is therefore tenser, which brings it closer to actuality and eases ‘activation’ and the transition into Nous.
Accordingly, for any predator the route to replenishing its Life Force lies in seizing it from another vessel, since unowned Pneuma lacks the tension necessary for active existence.
Moreover, it is precisely the presence of tense Pneuma that creates the preconditions for the existence of a large group of predators that originate from beings who exhausted their reserves of life energy — vampires and Elementers. When an embodied being’s own store of Pneuma is exhausted, it must either end its embodiment — die — or take Pneuma from another being, and, regrettably, some souls choose the second path, thereby arresting the development of their mind, since, as we have said, death and rebirth are a necessary condition for that development.

Enmerkar, does it turn out that all techniques, schools, directions of magic can only help more effectively utilize and transform the personal power you are filled with at birth? And all conversations about ‘there’s a huge ocean of Power around you that you can use however you want’ are, to put it mildly, not entirely accurate? The ocean exists, but it yields no benefit as it is inert?
The internal ocean of Power is also very vast; it can be said without exaggeration that every person contains a power capable of creating and destroying universes. The whole problem is that it is used extremely inefficiently, and a large part of it is simply squandered and devoured by numerous parasites. The entire art lies in increasing the effectiveness of this power’s use, and then everything becomes possible… or almost everything.
It turns out that the lack of Pneuma is primarily caused not by its depletion but by the inefficiency of its use, inadequate Power of awareness?
Inefficient use of Life Force leads, and does not follow, to inadequate Power of awareness. This same inefficiency is related to the fact that often Life Force is exhausted before it should be. However, a more common cause of death is not the depletion of Pneuma, but the exhaustion of opportunities for further development or a dead end in this incarnation, and during the process of death, a significant amount of unused Pneuma is poured out, which is then devoured by numerous predators.
Dear Enmerkar. Please shed light on the phenomenon of true resurrection of a person within the framework of the concept of actualized life force you presented.
After reading the article, three questions arose:
1) Is there a possibility of creating Pneuma tension not in a living object but ‘artificially’?
2) Do people who are commonly referred to in everyday life as ‘energy vampires’, i.e., capable of siphoning Life force from others while still being alive (having their own reserves of Pneuma), truly exist from the perspective of the Magical Myth?
3) You state that beings that have become predators after death suspend the development of their consciousness. However, if Pneuma can only transform into either Nuss or dissipate, then where does the Pneuma absorbed by the predator go, doesn’t it transform into their Nuss (the Force of awareness), thus doesn’t the predator thereby expand its consciousness? Or is it just that the predator usually receives little Pneuma, so the Force of awareness accumulates slowly?
Yes, a strong external will can activate Pneuma in any object. Therefore, people can indeed take Life energy from one another. However, a predator does not expand consciousness because the effectiveness of assimilating “foreign” Pneuma is quite low, and it is only sufficient to sustain life, but not to develop consciousness.
Enmerkar, please tell me, when healing an illness with the help of energy, i.e. Pneuma, is it usually accomplished by donating only one’s own Pneuma (located within the vessel) of the healer, or is it possible to learn to direct Pneuma from the “surrounding ocean”, giving it tension?
Giving tension is the use of one’s Force.
I would like to slightly change the last question. We know that in order to act more effectively, one must become less noticeable to the parasite. Is it possible to create the illusion of weakening one’s pneuma, making it unattractive to the parasite while keeping it tense? Are there any such techniques?
Less noticeable is training one’s impeccability. And it can only be trained by giving tension and thus cultivating oneself and one’s parasite of consciousness. The less tension there is, the better it is for the parasite. The technique is to participate in the global slaughter and unite in giving, interacting based on love for one’s neighbor.
